Q: Is there a deadline to apply?

A: No, we work on an ongoing rolling application basis which means you have the flexibility to apply and start with us whenever you would like.


Q: How does the process work?

A: If you get accepted to our program then you are guaranteed placement in the field of your choice.


Q: Is the night course required?

A: Yes, the course, Washington and Work is part of the program and is mandatory for all students.


Q: How long does the program last?

A: You have two choices. You may complete the internship for the summer time or go up to 18 months at no extra cost.


Q: What are the academic requirements to get into the program?

A: When selecting our applicants, we don't just review your GPA or what college you attend. It is a combination of several factors such as extra-curricular activities, student associations, academic leaderships, community servics, types of courses, etc. If you've already complete internships in the past and/or have a work history, then we also evaluate those factors as well. It's the overal presentation we see in the student.


Q: What kind of characteristics do interns need to possess?

A: They just need to be hardworking, ambitious, career-driven, and will take our program seriously


Q: Is financial aid available in the form of scholarships or grants?

A: No, we don't offer any scholarships. However, we do offer a job bank which features part-time paid employment. If a student is interested in having a part-time job in addition to completing their internship, we can most certainly help you find one through our job bank. We update our job bank on a weekly basis.


Q: Is this program for U.S. citizens only?

A: No, we have students coming from over 100 different countries and allover the US. If a student is on an F-1/student visa, we can help you get on a J-1.


Q: What is the best way to apply?

A: We can mail you a packet which includes some brochures and appication, or you may go directly to our application page and apply online here.


Q: Are the internships paid or unpaid?

A: The majority of our internships are unpaid. Paid opportunities do come by every once and a while, and you are welcome to apply for them, but you should plan on completing an unpaid internship. We do offer a job bank, though, with part-time paid employment for nights and weekends when you're not interning or taking the class.


Q: Is there an application deadline?

A: No. We operate off of a rolling admissions policy, so we would suggest that as soon as you decide this is something you want to do, get your application in. The sooner you submit your application, the greater your chances are for obtaining the internship you really want.


Q: I'm an international student, can I still apply?

A: Absolutely! We have students coming from over 100 different countries, and we would work with you to ensure you have the correct visas to study and intern in the U.S.


Q: How long do the internships last for?

A: Our program is really flexible, and you can start and end whenever you'd like up to 18 months without any extra cost.


Q: I'm a freshman/graduating senior can I still participate?

A: Absolutely! We accept students 18 and up and people looking to change careers and get that much needed experience to land a new job!
